REFUND POLICY

Stripe Code Refund Policy

Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service at contactstripecode@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contactstripecode@gmail.com
